摘要:

本文给出了一种研究煤仓在卸料过程中的流态和动态侧压力的方法,采用离散元模拟工具PFC3D模拟某煤仓的卸料流态及卸料过程中仓体壁面的受力情况及物料内部压力分布。模拟结果表明:煤仓卸料过程中,仓壁各处的动态水平侧压力比静态水平侧压力明显增大,且随着颗粒的流出,仓壁所受的动态水平压力上下波动

Abstract:

In order to study the transformation and lateral Force in Silo Unloading, this paper simulate a silo unloading flow condition and the stress condition of the wall and the material pressure dis- tribution inside in this condition by the way of discrete element. The result shows that in the con- dition of silo unloading ,the wall dynamic horizontal side pressure is increased than the static. W- ith the particle outflow, the dynamic horizontal pressure of the wall is fluctuating up and down
